Conditions of trade

All prices given in the shop  are Brutto prices including 19% German IVA (cheaper than any other procedure of export without German tax).
All orders are to be paid in advance. The client has the right to reclaim as long as 21 days after received the ordered goods as the EU-Law for online business for cosmetics and perfumery products dictates. You can send back to our freight expenses if the ordered articles have a value over € 40.-.
 
 
Freight
 
Fees:

We send as "Registered mail" so that we always can track our deliveries.
 
IMPORTANT
Freight costs calcullation in your cart bill::

You can wait until we have sent you our company bill mail with the complete fees in your bill including freight costs and your client number, then invoice.
 
Please be sure about that:
 
after you have choosen your region at the botom of the online shop site  you will see in the cart the freight costs for this order. If you wish to change the region you must choose another region and erase from the cart the wrong freight fees, if any given. Without these costs included in the cart-bill we can not send your order. In such a case we will write you adding these costs to your bill and explaining this if necessary.
 
Procedure of delivery:
Once your order has being sent and received by us we wait until the payment has being received into our account.
After received payment we send your order into the given address and to the person's name stated in the order form.
Delivery time is latest 48 working hours (weekends excluded!) after received payment. Depending on which way you have chosen for your payment, this can take some days.
 
Christmas orders can be sent in time if received until 7/12/09 for the USA and Far East countries and 16/12/09 for EUROPE.
 
Although we normally send in 24-48 hs time (Mo-Fri) after received payments refund is only possible if we can not delivery in a maximum of 15 days after received payment. ( We care of shortages: In this case normally the items will not appear as available in the shop).
 
Claims:
To avoid problems of coordination  back sendings should be coordinated with us by email to: carmen@dupetit.de .
If this is not possible for any reasons we advise you to send reccomended, so that you can track the sending.
 
Damaged deliveries:
If you receive a damaged parcel (broken parcel, wet or strong smelling parcel), please let the parcel go back, otherwise you make yourself responsible for the delivery damage.
 
Holidays:
From 19/12/09 to 15/1/2010 we have holidays and no deliveries will be done during this time despite received orders and/or payments!).
Other holidays will be noticed here if necessary.

You can use all credit cards accepted by  (VISA. Master, etc.)  sending the full amount stated in the cart and/or in our automatic generated answer email with your order bill to our PayPal account: paypalt@dupetit.de mentioning the email address given in the order form. Otherwise it will take longer than usual for us to track your order.
